Our Cabinet Process
Removal & Protection
We remove all cabinet doors, drawers, and hardware and fully protect your space before any work begins. Floors, countertops, appliances, and surrounding areas are carefully masked and covered, and cabinet openings are sealed to keep your kitchen clean and contained throughout the process.
Deep Cleaning & Degreasing
Cabinets collect grease, oils, and residue over time which can prevent paint from bonding properly. We thoroughly clean all surfaces using professional-grade degreasers and de-glossers to remove buildup and create a clean, paint-ready foundation.
Sanding, Repairs & Priming
We thoroughly sand all surfaces to create a proper profile for adhesion. Then repair any dings, scratches, or imperfections for a smooth, even finish. A high-quality bonding primer is then applied to seal the surface and block tannins - creating a strong, consistent foundation for the color coat.
Factory-Finish Application
We use Sherwin-Williams Emerald Urethane Trim Enamel, designed for high-traffic surfaces and known for its smooth leveling and durable finish. Using professional spray equipment, we apply multiple coats and lightly sand between each to refine the surface. Once fully cured, all doors and hardware are reinstalled - leaving you with a "brand new" kitchen.

The right hardware can completely change the look of your cabinets. We make it easy to update or customize your setup as part of the process.
No-Charge
Swap
If you provide new knobs, pulls, or hinges that match your existing hole placement, we’ll install them at no additional cost, ensuring everything is aligned and finished cleanly.
Custom Hardware Changes
If you’re changing hardware styles (such as switching from knobs to pulls or vice versa), we can modify and re-drill for proper placement. We’ll fill any existing holes to ensure a clean, seamless finish.
